Shift planner
UX DESIGN | NEW | APP | FIGMA | DESKTOP | MOBILE | PROTOTYPE | 2024
The application takes the form of a planning calendar. The logged-in user can see detailed shift assignments, i.e. who works when and in what position.

It has three display options - month, week and day. The display can be changed as needed using the switch.

In the full month view, the user will see a general overview. Which shifts are planned, which are in the planning process, and which have not yet started planning. They can also see the occupancy of individual positions on the shift.

When viewing the week, the user will see a more detailed view of the planned shift. Unlike the month, you can also see specific employees, their positions, and the time of their shift.

The day displays the actual editing of the shift. In this view, the manager selects specific employees and temporary workers and fills positions on the shift. At the same time, he determines the time of the worker's shift.
